I'm still new at this? I had a rather large lunch today so it will make it tough tonight. I did have 432 unused calories yesterday. Is it ok to use those?

    Short answer: yes.

Some people like to set a weekly goal for themselves instead of a daily goal.

So lets say your daily goal is 1500 calories. Multiply that by 7 days, and you have 10,500 calories. You can eat however much (or little - within reason) you want each day as long as it evens out to 10,500 at the end of the week.

Yes if you want. Some people set weekly goals vs daily goals.

I track my calories weekly and I found it works better for me. I naturally have days I eat higher and days I eat lower, depending on what I have going on. It was too stressful to manage daily. As @toxikon said, get your weekly calorie amount and stay within that.
