Increase calories from exercise dilemma
Why is it that we get an extra (X amount) of additional calories when we burn off calories from exercise, yet the amount of individual nutrients stays the same. No addition of those. How am I supposed to eat another 1300 calories with ZERO fat, sugar, protein, fats, sodium, etc??? Am I reading it wrong?
Is it worth going MFP Premium?
Do people really loose weight 6x faster by going Premium and paying $50? Just curious.

I've decided to treat myself when I loose 10 pounds (I actually lost 11). So today I bought a new top...NOT from the Plus Size section.....ahhh, today's small victory.
When to eat the most calories.
Is it more important to eat more calories in the morning to carry me through the day, or at dinnertime to carry me over until breakfast?
