I'm know I'm not eating enough.

I know I'm not eating enough because myfitnesspal tells me so. Should I be more concerned with watching my fat, protein, sodium or sugar intake. I've lost 10 lbs so far in the past 6 weeks so I guess that's OK. I'm 59 years old, weigh 222 lbs and I'm 5feet 5.5in tall. I do Zumba 3 times a week. I walk on average 3 miles a day plus I work out at The Fitness Edge doing the treadmill, rowing machine, bicycle as well as the exercise equipment. Any suggestions on my diet?

Focus on getting more calories, specifically from fat and protein if you're short on those1

It sounds like you are kicking serious butt! One thing that has helped me with my mind is a podcast called primal potential. It's really helpful. I hope you like it.1
