I would like to know what y'all get at the grocery store. My grocery list consist of cheese, Greek yogurt, stuff for salad, and stuff to make beef veggie soup. I need a better variety any recommendations?
I work at a vets office. I spend 40 hours a week there. I clean cages (literally getting in some of the cages), clean runs (scrubbing with a scrub brush) walk dogs, do dishes etc. what would my activity level be? I haven’t started an exercise program yet

My calorie goal is 1490. I walk everyday for at least 30 minutes to an hour and a half. But I eat more than 1490 calories, as long as I'm in the green I should lose weight right? I'm doing my best to track everything by measuring and weighing. I'm just not sure if I'm doing this right. Thanks
Will protein powder make me gain weight? Will it help me stay full longer? I just feel so hungry in the evenings. I'm still tweaking my meals to find what works best for me and I thought protein powder may help
