Hi Team, This is my first diet so I'm very new to this. I started MFP 14 days ago and the first 8 days were great. Is this too much too soon? Should I adjust my calories now or just hang 5 and reassess on Saturday at the end of my week?…

How important is breakfast and what happens if I consistently miss it
People always say how important breakfast is to help get your day started, but I often find I'm not hungry in the mornings. If I consistently miss breakfast but still consume my goal calories will there be any adverse effects? Thank you Kyle
