Is 120g of nuts a day bad?
Hi - I normally eat between 60 and 100g of nuts a day - I know nuts are good but do you still need to watch a saturated fat intake regardless of the source. Normally I can fit 100g of nuts into my calories and by the end of the day would have consumed on average 10-12g of saturates from all my foods eaten.

Hi there, We are told to avoid vegetable oils because of the trans fats, yet the French diet from what I have read is high in them... However in France they have one of the lower stroke and heart attack rates in Europe. Just interested to see what people make of this?

Is 100 grams of oats (uncooked weight) a day too many?
Hi all, I enjoy eating allot of oatmeal 50 grams in the morning and 50 grams at night , made with water and blueberries or some vanilla powder to add flavour.
