Hi all,
I enjoy eating allot of oatmeal 50 grams in the morning and 50 grams at night , made with water and blueberries or some vanilla powder to add flavour.
Is 100 grams oatmeal / porridge too much ? I generally eat allot of carbs but always low GI where I can such as wholegrain rice, pasta , pulses , quinoa etc...

If it fits your calorie allowance and isn't crowding out other macronutrients you may need more of, then it's not too much.6

I regularly eat a breakfast that contains 100g dry weight oats (also curry, pepper, several eggs, mushrooms and onions). Makes for a fantastic post-lift meal.0

If you like it and it fits your calories and other goals it is fine (same with every single other food).0
