Trouble keeping track of calories I’m so confused!!!! please help!!!
Ok so I have the Yoga organics grain brown rice is this 1/4 per serving dry? The other brown rice is eat was 1/4 dried and 3/4 when cooked. I ate 3/4 when cooked of this rice for lunch and dinner did I over eat?

Maintaining weight but gaining muscles?
Ok i am 130 5'5 my macros are CARBS: 209 G PER DAY. PROTEIN: 140 G PER DAY. FATS: 52 G PER DAY..
