Trouble keeping track of calories I’m so confused!!!! please help!!!

Ok so I have the Yoga organics ogxsvzvvp1p8.jpeg
grain brown rice is this 1/4 per serving dry? The other brown rice is eat was 1/4 dried and 3/4 when cooked. I ate 3/4 when cooked of this rice for lunch and dinner did I over eat?

    Dry, yes. But you'll be better off weighing it on a food scale, as you could be eating more than a serving's worth if you measure out 1/4 cup.

    Yep, if the package doesn't specifically say one way or the other, then the serving size is for as is, uncooked. If you have to weigh something like this after it's cooked, find an entry in the database that specifically says cooked.

    This. And I also suggest weighing out the 45g because using cups for solids can be wildly inaccurate.

    One way to do this is weigh the dry product on a food scale and weigh the water you use to cook it. Enter both those items into the recipe builder. When it's done cooking, weigh the whole thing (minus the container) and enter that number, in grams, as the number of servings in the recipe builder. Then, weigh how many grams of the cooked product you want to eat and log it in your diary as that many servings (because now 1gram=1serving).
