How do you track your weight progress?
When I use the check-in, it asks for today's weight, but doesn't show past weights and progress. Where do I go to see previous weight check-ins? thanks

What's for dessert?
1 cup White Mountain yogurt with 1 cup unsweetened cherries. It's good! I use their regular yogurt, but they also have non-fat, at 80 calories, 0 fat of course.

Question about adding a recipe
I added a recipe for sweet potatoes (6 servings) that used 1 tablespoon of salted butter and 1/4 teaspoon salt. The recipe calculator put it at Sodium 1757 mg per serving. I added it from a website and I added it manually and still got the same thing. It doesn't look right to me, any ideas?
