What's for dessert?

1 cup White Mountain yogurt with 1 cup unsweetened cherries. It's good!

I use their regular yogurt, but they also have non-fat, at 80 calories, 0 fat of course.

Mmmm I love cherries. Especially fresh black cherries in the summer. Now I'm dreaming of warmer times...

My fave low-calorie desserts are Fiber One bars, sugar-free jello with light whipped cream, apples with PB2 and protein fluff!

That all sounds good! I also like the Jello Creme Brulee with a few mini vanilla wafers.

I have been eating a serving (I think that's 56 grams) of chocolate frosted mini wheats, dry for dessert a lot lately. The chocolate satisfies the sweet tooth and the shredded wheat/fiber help keep me full.

Ice cream, Halo Top, chocolate, Sour Patch Kids or gummy peaches, usually. Depends on what calories/macros I have left for the day.

I'm on an ice cream kick right now, so I've got a box of the Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches in my freezer :)

I love SKinny Cow! And someone mentioned Halo Top, great invention! 60 calories for 1/2 cup, or 240 for the whole pint. Not that I would ever eat a whole pint B)

If I need something sweet I usually try to have an apple or some grapes. It's not always easy--especially when there's delicious ice cream in the freezer!!

Tonight I'll have a smoothie made with Chocorite yellow cake flavor protein powder, almond/coconut milk, full-fat ricotta, a frozen banana and a couple of ice cubes for the thickness. About 380 calories.

I know some don't like PB2 chocolate, but if you do, try this. It's messy to eat, I use a fork. It's goooood.

Slice a banana and dip the slices in chocolate PB2 (2 tbsp powder with 1.5 tbsp water). Freeze for a few hours. 1 sp snack.

I made apple pie the other night. That was pretty solid. Also, has anyone had the flour-less chocolate cake from Whole Foods? It's seriously the most amazing thing I've ever put in my mouth.

No - it was "gifted" to me. But I imagine 1 slice is extremely small. I won't go find it at Whole Foods, because I will have to buy it. Then when I buy it, I will have to eat alllllll of it.
