This was really good


Mash together:
2 Tbsp black beans, rinsed
1 Tbsp Hot (or mild) salsa, or more to taste
dash ground cumin

Mash together:
1/4 ripe avocado
1 sliced minced onion
1 tablespoon lime juice

cole slaw mix with 1 Tbsp Walden Farms coleslaw dressing

spread bean mix on one side of Sam's Choice traditional pocket pita
spread avocado mix on the other side
top with coleslaw

    266 calories on the website, using a baguette.

    With the bread I chose, it's 340 cal

    Chopped Red Onion, recipe calls to soak in water then pat dry before adding.
    2 pieces Trader Joe's Artichoke Hearts
    chopped tomato
    Balsamic Vinegar
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    dash oregano
    Provolone
    Romaine Lettuce
    choice of bread or roll, I'm using Simply Nature Oat So Healthy Honey Oat Bread, which is very dense.

    Combine artichoke hearts, tomato, vinegar, oil and oregano in a medium bowl

    Add provolone to bread then spread on the artichoke mixture and top with the onion, lettuce
