Eating before bed..?
So for years it's been drilled in my head that you should not eat about 2-4 before going to bed. Now I realize, overall it's probably just easier on your body. But, as far as weight loss goes, is this true? As long as you're eating according to your set calories, does this apply? Thanks!

When midnight hits..
If midnight strikes and you're still awake, and have a snack.. do you log it as the 'next day' since it's technically a new day? Or do you just add it to your original day because you haven't slept? I know ultimately it probably doesn't matter, but I'm just curious
