Grow booty on a moderate low carb diet.
Hey everyone! So while trying to drop the 30 pounds that I want off, I am also trying to grow my booty at the same time. I’m trying to do so while staying between 80-100g of carbs per day. Not so low.. but I’ve heard that it’s harder to grow your butt on a low carb diet. Is this classified as low???

I’m very confused about this!!! I go to the gym during the week in the evening. So 7-8:30 or 7-9. All depends. SODIUM.....!!!!
Sometimes I go over my sodium I would say maybe 3 times a week. I go over by 1000-1500 mg. Although I drink 3-4L of water a day I want to know does it affect my weight loss?? :| :|

Why isn't the scale going down??
So My starting weight was 287 and now I am 220 something! Reason I say 220 something it's because the scale goes from 220-229 in a blink of an eye! It's so frustrating and kills my motivation! Anyone on the same page as I am? And any advice? Please and thank you
