Should men shave their legs
When if at all is it acceptable for men to shave their legs? Obviously some sports require it like swimming but otherwise what do you think? If yes is there a criteria, like only for sports or maybe a tattoo. I’d like to know what everyone thinks.

What type of cardio is best for you
I am wondering what cardio works best for you. I mean what cardio exercise results in the most calories burn over a 15-30 min time. Broken down further I wonder which exercise burns the most calories per min for you. I have tried several different cardio workouts and for me kickboxing seems to be the most effective…

It’s that time of year...
It’s that time of year again and I am coming off a 16 week cut. It’s once again time for another lean bulk with the challenging goal of adding lean muscle with minimal fat. During my cut I have really began to see the benefits of cardio and want to continue during my lean bulk. I’d like your thoughts on the type of cardio,…

What to eat on my day off
I am a firm believer in logging everything I eat and to make it easy for myself I eat the same things day in and day out. The results have been great and it’s made it easy to log in to MFP almost every day for a year now. I can say I have only missed a day or two logging foods at the most. I think it’s time for me to take…

Body Fat Monitor - How accurate?
I recently purchased a Omron body fat monitor from Amazon and I wonder how accurate it is. Has anyone else used this and how accurate would you say it is. I am 5’7 183lbs and the monitor had me at 16.6% but I was tested at the gym with calipers at around 14.3%.

Leg press vs. Squat
I think most of know that the squat is a far superior exercise then the leg press but I am wondering what your working weight is with both and your max. My working weight is around 820 on the leg press and 315 on the squat. Max is over 1,000 on the leg press and 455 on the squat. Working weight is normally 3-4 sets of…

How do you count “net carbs?”
So my fellow carb counters how do you count carbs. The packaging on these tortillas I just purchased say only to count the “net carbs” as it’s high in fiber. So total carbs are 19g and fiber is 15g so I should only count 4g. What do you do?

Giving advice at the gym (okay or not)
Ladies and gentlemen is it ever okay to give someone else advice at the gym? I never have and don’t intend to even when I see people (almost always guys) lifting the wrong way (ladies always use proper form) :)
