Can’t eat Veggies
I am currently having issues eating healthy. My calories are in check and I’m eating better, but I can’t eat vegetables. Yes, I love them but they make me ill. I used to have some that were safe to eat but now I can’t eat those either. How can I eat healthy without veggies?

Night shift
I typically work days and I have been losing weight at 1-3 lbs a week, but as life goes, now I’m on Nightshift till the end of the year. I have tried to eat properly, but the problem is I’m always hungry. I try to eat right, but I can’t fight the hunger. Any advice?
