Night shift

I typically work days and I have been losing weight at 1-3 lbs a week, but as life goes, now I’m on Nightshift till the end of the year. I have tried to eat properly, but the problem is I’m always hungry. I try to eat right, but I can’t fight the hunger. Any advice?

Eat carrot sticks or something like celery. The latter is filling but has low calories0 -
Prioritize your sleep.
Not getting enough sleep increases hormones that make you feel that you are hungry.0
