I typically work days and I have been losing weight at 1-3 lbs a week, but as life goes, now I’m on Nightshift till the end of the year. I have tried to eat properly, but the problem is I’m always hungry. I try to eat right, but I can’t fight the hunger. Any advice?

Eat carrot sticks or something like celery. The latter is filling but has low calories

    Prioritize your sleep.
Not getting enough sleep increases hormones that make you feel that you are hungry.
