Day 3: I will admit that my workout today was meh at best. My legs hurt. I took it easy, but I didn’t quit! I went for it. The puppy is really helping seeing she is determined that I’m up by 430am. (Jerk is back asleep now).

Thank you all. Seeing comments and replies is definitely helping me. Weight loss and health success is always a mind game for me.
