Serving size
I weight my food with a food scale. I was wondering when a package says for example (about 8 pieces (136g)) when I weight the food 136g is actually like 13 to 15 pieces. Do I go by weight to get that one serving or should I just be eating the 8 pieces.

Cant exercise this week, will I still lose weight?
I usually go to the gym every day but this week I cant. If I eat 1,200 calories (which is what I'm suppose to eat to lose weight) will I still lose weight this week without exercise involved?

Eating back calories?
Ok so to lose weight my calorie goal is 1,280 but I go to the gym everyday and burn about 900 to 1,000 calories. Can I eat SOME of those calories back or are you not suppose to do that for weight loss?

Nothing's really happening

Very little progress
I started my weight loss journey about 3 weeks ago. My starting weight was 244lbs and I'm down to 240 every day I get on the scale it has just been stuck at that number. I go to the gym everyday doing cardio and strength training and I stay below 1200 calories a day. But the weight is just not coming off like I had hoped.…
