I signed up for an 8 week weight loss and transformation challenge which began October 18 and ended Dec 18.. I poured my heart and soul into my new lifestyle not knowing how good it would make me feel... I havent felt this good since I was in my 20's... Goes to show you hard work pays off..
Whats the down low on Protein powders?? Are they really required or is it a cash grab?? And who exactly should use it?? I myself am very active I lift and do full body workouts.. But I dony use any protein powders
