8 week transformation

I signed up for an 8 week weight loss and transformation challenge which began October 18 and ended Dec 18.. I poured my heart and soul into my new lifestyle not knowing how good it would make me feel... I havent felt this good since I was in my 20's... Goes to show you hard work pays off..

I exercised twice daily and changed my diet

What's your plan for keeping the weight off now that you're "done"?

Do you plan to continue past 8 weeks, or start maintenance calories if you're at goal? You look great by the way, you should be proud! 8 weeks is such a short period of time in the long scheme of things, keep it up!!

Im still continuing what Im doing... No going back...
