Hello All.. I am fairly new to this site.. I have been working out since June and have lost 20 pounds already.. My goal weight is 125 so only 10 more pounds to go but I will continue to work out and eat healthy.. My exercise regimen is as follows I do Aquafit 6 days a week.. I also do full body workout dvds that involve step and weights.. I also have a gym in my basement so I also lift weights on my days I dont do the Dvds so you can say no down days for me.. I also am doing an 8 week transformation and weight loss challenge and currently on week 5.. I am a 3 year breast cancer survivor so I want to be more healthy and weigh less so it does not come back and I will do everthing to prevent it..
