So does doing squats help get a bigger butt? Lol. I heard weigted squats, especially with say a kettle ball, really helps? Anyone know or have experience doing so?

Going in the right direction? Need Advice!!
So atm I’m currently weigh 230 I believe, 5’11, & male. So I used an online calculator to determine how many calories a day I should be consuming to lose weight. It told me 1800-1840 calories daily.
