Cold weather
Live in England and its bloody freezing and snowing. Anybody got any ideas to keep me motivated? Im staying on track with the food easily I just hate exercising when i'm cold, I usually do it all outside, walk miles with the dog and yoga outside. Want to stay wrapped in bed! Haha
