Rest it. Switch up your routines maybe so less pressure on ankle. Do more strength build up, press ups against wall instead of floor, boxing instead of running. What I had to do when I busted my knee anyway. Hope this helps a little!

Very rarely get calorie deficit without exercising so i may be maintaining but im not moving either! I will try and look on youtube. Home workouts are just difficult as house is always so busy! Why i love getting outside and escaping! Haha

Thankyou so much! And to be honest no idea! I never weighed myself back then. Just stopped eating rubbish and led a more active lifestyle. Only once I got here and its harder to shift the weight/tone up that I pay more attention. I reckon about 30 Lbs lost maybe?

Yes, to be honest i think thats whats made me lose patience. I lost lots in first 3 weeks but now its kind of flatlined, but as you says its less bloating and initial change of diet. Will change up my exercise routine and push even harder! :)

Well i've lost 7Ibs and am taking measurements but its slow. As I say I guess I am impatient! I am clinging onto NSV like not having to undo my top button when taking off my jeans now. Think thats to do with less bloating as i've cut out fizzy drinks, rather than actual weight loss mind you...

Night shifts mucks up bodies. No matter! I always hated them, since I stopped I realised how important regular sleeping pattern was. I found drinking insane amounts of water and avoiding carby food before and after the shift helped. Also snacked on carrot sticks and apples on my break rather than an actual meal. Helped me…

Suppose not! In terms of atmosphere yes. Been a few comments of 'ooo, only had 2 slices of pizza/pieces of cake. Whats wrong, do we need to become vegan?' Etc. Pathetic I know but find it easier so I avoid the passive aggressivness. Maybe I just need to grow a pair and do it anyway! Haha

I log it just not accuratly. I always have a good 500 calories left of my daily allowance so figured that would cover the innaccurasy. Maybe not, I don't know, very new to this. Either way counting calories is making me lose motivation more than giving me it. Why i wondered if anyone is the same and lost weight another way?
