Thankyou!! Took me a while but I realised I'd have to lose another stone and tbh I like the curves I suddenly had after losing this weight so it's here to stay :)

Rest it. Switch up your routines maybe so less pressure on ankle. Do more strength build up, press ups against wall instead of floor, boxing instead of running. What I had to do when I busted my knee anyway. Hope this helps a little!

Thankyou so much! And to be honest no idea! I never weighed myself back then. Just stopped eating rubbish and led a more active lifestyle. Only once I got here and its harder to shift the weight/tone up that I pay more attention. I reckon about 30 Lbs lost maybe?

Night shifts mucks up bodies. No matter! I always hated them, since I stopped I realised how important regular sleeping pattern was. I found drinking insane amounts of water and avoiding carby food before and after the shift helped. Also snacked on carrot sticks and apples on my break rather than an actual meal. Helped me…
