Not sure if pictures like this are allowed but it helped me. I have felt for weeks like i'm not moving but I forgot how far I have already come!
A horrid photo came up on my memories on facebook tonight just as I was getting ready to go out for the night. We always need to remember this is the long game, not a quick fix. Still a long way to go but we are all on the right track!

Thankyou so much! And to be honest no idea! I never weighed myself back then. Just stopped eating rubbish and led a more active lifestyle. Only once I got here and its harder to shift the weight/tone up that I pay more attention. I reckon about 30 Lbs lost maybe?2 -
