Sugar and keto
Hi all- I’m new to the keto diet, 2nd week in- macros are 10%carbs/ 50 fat and 40 protein roughly- can I ask does it matter what my carbs are made up of- the reason I ask is I totally crave and miss white coffee with one sugar- I’d limit myself to one a day and if I count this in my macros is it ok? Should we really be eating back the calories we burn??
I find this so confusing, say I work hard to burn 300 calories at the gym should i be eating them back or keep the deficit?

Fitbit and logging
Hey, I recently bought a Fitbit (I’m obsessed with it) I normally log my exercise (treadmill etc) but do I not do this now because the Fitbit syncs my calories burned I presume that accounts for my workouts too!
