S Health and MFP issues and concerns
I posted something along this line at the S Health Group but there are not a lot of users there yet. So thought I would put this here to see who else is having these issues and if anyone has found a work around. Step Counting - It took a lot of fiddling at first but eventually I got my step count syncing with MFP. Once its…

Agility training/low impact aerobics for rest day cardio you tube suggestions
I've been doing strong lifts for a few weeks. I'm not a rookie with weight lifting, but I've mostly focused on high volume - medium weight / high reps in the past . I just did 12 weeks of PHAT, then took 2 weeks of vacation and am now doing strong lifts to start a strength cycle. Currently, I'm looking for things to do on…

Here is my SHealth QR. Feel free to add me and also put your code here for others to add. S health is a pretty cool software, but it needs a better way to reach out to the community for friends.

Experimental Hummus
So I'm going to try to make a lower calorie / lower fat / higher protein hummus tonight. To do so I will be reducing the amount of olive oil by a half or more if I can get away with it. I also will not use Tahini, instead I will be making a Tahini like substance out of whey/toasted pine nuts/fat free yogurt. if necessary I…

Ceramic Pans do you use oil?
A few weeks back I got myself a couple ceramic pans, I wanted a new small omelette pan, I also go a bigger 12" pan as well. They work great, I kinda love them so far. I used the bigger one for sauteing a chicken breast. It worked great for that as well, easy clean up nothing sticks. Not even the oil. That's the weird part.…

How to deal with impatience?
Not sure if I'm looking for advice, if you have some please lay it on me. Just want to discuss, my biggest problem in the weight room. When I was young I was football player, and it was no big deal to spend a ton of time in weight room lifting with my team mates, it was competitive and fun. Over the past few years, I got…

Negative Calorie Adjustments
My activity level is set to lightly active and I have negative calorie adjustment turned on. I have sedentary days, usually on sunday I try to catch up on my DVR and that is my lazy day. Even then I could take only 100 steps and still get a slight positive adjustment. The only time I have ever seen it give me a negative…

So I have some intolerance issues with milkfat lactose etc. I can handle a certain amount but start getting burny diarrhea if I get too much. I have been using half a scoop of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey for a while, which has been fine. However, I recently have needed / wanted to up my protein while on a cut. So…

Anyone else having issues with UA record sync
I was having trouble with S Health and steps. Finally got that going. Now UA record isn't syncing to MFP. After some fiddling disconnect/reconnect I was able to get Food cal into UA record from MFP, but can't get the workout cals from UA record to MFP. Anyone else having issues with UA record right now?

Heavy Squat - what's your range of motion?
I'm just looking to get people's opinion, sort of survey of how low do you go? Back when I first starting lifting in Middle School, a long long time ago, in a galaxy far far way. Lol., we all used to try to max out with our big 3 lifts, and everybody would go thighs parallel to the floor. More and more, I'm seeing heavy…
