Protein Powder Suggestions for lactose intolerant people

So I have some intolerance issues with milkfat lactose etc. I can handle a certain amount but start getting burny diarrhea if I get too much.
I have been using half a scoop of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey for a while, which has been fine. However, I recently have needed / wanted to up my protein while on a cut. So I started using a full scoop in my post workout smoothie and that has been causing me some issues. So I started looking around the internet. Have seen some options. I'm not really interested Vegan protein or Soy protein, but wondered if anyone with lactose intolerance has any experience with lactose friendly powders. Optimum Nutrition has a platinum Hydro Whey which is advertised as friendly to lactose intolerant people. I also saw a Beef protein based one called Carnivore, I've never heard of it before and the adds looked kinda like fake news. I've also heard muscle milk is good for this?
Any suggestions or experiences for lactose intolerant folks would be very appreciated?

Yeah I'm going to give the Optimum Hydro Whey a try. Its higher in protein and its pure protein isolate which is very near lactose free. I'll see how it goes. Beef and Egg protein seem like they would ok for muscle growth but not sure about shelf life and flavor and cost.0
