Struggling- WW vs Keto vs ???
I have been trying to work with MFP and feel like I need to shake things up. Debating on Weight Watchers which is 50% off right now or go to the Keto side which seems so drastic. Have gained all my weight back in a year and need to change things....appreciate your thoughts....

Cardio options
For over 40, outside of doing elliptical, treadmill etc....what are other cardio options you would do at a gym? I do strength training with days a week and find I am not always up for it. For instance when I do an upper and lower day my legs don’t like a elliptical the next day etc.
