Face to Face Friday!
Started my journey @ 343lbs (dec. 2018)... as of today 278.2 lbs. This journey is definitely not an easy one but if you are willing to fall off the track, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back on the roller coaster you can and will be successful! Here’s to the next 100lbs of my journey I have yet to lose! 🙏🏻❤️

Leaving WW for MFP
I am deciding to ditch WW after 6 months and go back to tracking on my own. WW is great don’t get me wrong but as the points start to drop more and more as I lose I feel hungry all the time. I have used the MFP app for a while now but never dipped into the community section. Partly out of fear, partly out of shame but not anymore. I have here and hitting this lifestyle change head on.
