Hello everyone! I am not new to MFP but am new to the discussion side of things. I have pretty much kept to myself but am finding out that doesn't really work for me too much. I have a Sparkpeople page as well but find it harder to track foods there, my fitbit works differently with sparkpeople than it does MFP and it looks like I have WAY more calories to eat than with MFP based on my exercises I do/don't do. I am moving everything 100% over to MFP and wanted to jump in and say hi! I am working on my own workout routines at home, my own food changes to a healthier lifestyle. My husband is not much help as he can eat literally everything and not gain an ounce. I have to lose well over 100lbs to get to my goal weight/healthy weight. The journey begins!
