Ok now I need some help I need something to snack at night I have this bad habit where I want cookies or other bad stuff. I know you not suppose to eat during the night but is there something I can try since I can't stop.

I wish that you could change the diet to what you want as I don't follow such high carbs and sugar cane less protein but that's all available only if you pay for it too bad.

Frustrated
Ever since I quit smoking I fighting more with maintaining my weight I exercise at least 3 times or 4 times a week I have to be careful as I have joint issues and so on but I can do low impact exercise. I cannot get my inches of fat around my stomach. I been trying the keto diet I tried this one here but I just don't know…

Battle at 56
I been trying the low carb more fat but no matter what I seem to do I cannot lose the one inch off my stomach and waist I exercise usually every other day modified as I have joint issues and such that stop me from doing harder stuff not sure how to beat this battle.
