Looking for a support person
Hi all, I'm a 53 year old, post menopausal woman who is looking to lose weight. I need to lose about 50-60 pounds to be at my optimal weight. I eat whole foods, plant based about 98% of the time (I'm not super radical about it, but do feel that it's the most healthy way to eat). I'm also using "The Beck Diet Solution"…
