I need to do something

I am back. I did MFP quite a while ago and gave up because, honestly, I dislike logging. Started other plans, realized logging is a necessary thing if I really want to lose the weight. So, I decided to come back to the resource with about the best logging there is. I’m also working on getting back to my former activity level. I had some major knee issues and my exercise tanked while I was getting that resolved. Restarting is just hard. I’m a teacher, so off for the summer, which means I have more time for whatever, but also can mean I can do a LOT of procrastinating. It’s all good though. I’ll get there. Good luck, everyone.
