Looking for a support person
Hi all, I'm a 53 year old, post menopausal woman who is looking to lose weight. I need to lose about 50-60 pounds to be at my optimal weight. I eat whole foods, plant based about 98% of the time (I'm not super radical about it, but do feel that it's the most healthy way to eat). I'm also using "The Beck Diet Solution" because I know that I have some hangups about food and use food for things besides nutrition (soothing, celebrating, just about anything). I'm looking for someone who would be willing to act as cheerleader, but also willing to remind me what my goals are and what I'm doing to work on them. Any takers? I'm more than willing to reciprocate. E-mail, text, or even video chat of some kind are all possibilities. I'm east coast, but have my own schedule, so time zones shouldn't be a major issue. Please let me know if you are interested. Thanks!

Also make sure to check out the challenges board and see if there is anything there that catches you eye. Many of the posters there check in with one another daily:
