Macros help needed
Hi all, Regarding macros, my protein % is 20% but today went over to 30% and carbs was 15% lower than he target. I’m below my calories limit. Can any one please help explain what happens if you go over the one, and too little of the other ?

Hi all, Not sure if right place to post this! But anyone had trouble with Fitbit logging data into MyFitnessPal? It says the app is connected but it’s only picking up the steps from my iPhone 🤬🤬 any ideas anyone ?

6:30am workouts.. when to have breakfast?
