Hi all, 34 from England West Midlands.
Started back into fittness after a year out, at 16 stone 4 pounds. Since June 4th I am now 15.9 so heading in the right direction
Training 6 days a week at 6:30am before work on 2200 cals, with 1 day being a refuel day of 2700 cals.
My journey is all about being the best I can be, for me and my family. Played a good standard of rugby for 10 years, only couple years back competed in boxing a couple times but I believe, never have regrets and one of those is I don’t want to be 70-80 years old what ever, thinking.. wish I pushed myself to get in the best shape possible, to finally see abs for once in my life, and promote health and fitness to my two kids.
They are 6 & 2 and it’s amazing how much they watch , when you don’t realise it
Only couple weeks back I was relaxing and my son started lifting toys as weights, doing a few push ups , sit-ups , running up and down the stairs.. it rubs off on them..
Question? On June my start weight was 16.4 but adding my current weight it’s showing my start date is 16.1 so it’s not taking into a account the previous weigh in. How do I change that to see the full % left , as it’s good motivation
