Is Keto Worth it?
I am CONSIDERING Keto. It seems so drastic to me. If you eat a cookie the weight will come back. Anyone successful on this? Was it hard?

Keto question
My son did Keto diet while tracking calories and is having lower stomach pains. Dull pain. I think it’s constipation. Anyone else experience full lower abdomen pain on Keto ? If so, what did you do? I said add more salt and drink more water and maybe a fiber supplement.

Yo yo dieting
So here I am AGAIN! Counting calories to lose 15-20 pounds. Counting calories is all I do. I eat between 1200-1500 a day but can’t seem to weigh what I want. Any suggestions on how to stop the cycle?

Weekends are hard
On the weekends I eat 1350-1400 calories instead of the 1200-1350 calories I eat during the week. These 15 pounds are going to take forever to lose. Food is everywhere. So hard.

Discouraged :(
I think that because I have lost and gained a lot of weight over my teen:adult life I can’t lose weight at all anymore unless I eat 800 calories a day or do some crazy Medifast diet. Staying in Calorie Range?
Does it matter if you eat a few sweets within the calorie range? Does this slow down weight loss? I love chocolate. I only eat maybe 200 calories worth a day. Trust me I weigh it! Could that be slowing down my weight loss? Eating 1300 calories a day for weight loss.

Can’t eat 1350 Calories
So I took everyone’s advice and ate 1300-1350 calories a day instead of 1200 and I gained back the three pounds I lost in a month. Sigh. Why? I weighed the food like I was told. I can’t eat more than 1200 a day. Now I am back to that. I am now 159-160 and I was down to 157-158. Trying for 140-145.

Eating same everyday
Hi! I basically eat the same every day. I have lost 3 pounds (going up and down) over the last 30 days. I weigh 158 and I am 5’6” and 56 years old. I am eating between 1250 and 1350 a day. Not really losing
I have been eating 1200 calories or less for 24 days and have only lost 2.4 pounds. Should I eat less? 56 year old woman.
