It’s been very difficult to lose these 10-20lbs. Weighing. Logging and moving has led to a 3 pound loss in 30 days. Looking for others who are on this same journey. What have you done to lose? I have been eating between 1200-1350 calories a day. Sometimes on weekends 1400. Suggestions, ideas. I get the whole weigh food concept. Can’t even trust the box or pkg the food comes in.

With only 10 to lose, three pounds in a month is very good.

Losing 1/2 pound per week is considered a healthy rate - so you are actually probably eating too little.

It took me quite a while to lose that last 10 pounds - and I didn't try to eat that little. I lost it at 1700-1900 per day. 1400 is really low unless you're five foot nothing and completely sedentary.

Set your GOALS to lose 1/2 pound per week, get some exercise and be patient.

Yes. Patience is a virtue here. 1200 calories days are tough. 1300 calories a day is much better! Want to go from 157 to 145. One day at a time!

Yes, with so little to lose, 3 pounds a month is great. I’m losing around 2 pounds a month at this point, eating 1400 + exercise calories.
