Weigh in not as expected
I weighed myself today (6th week) and saw that this week I had stayed the same, now I know it could be down to a number of things but I was disappointed as had done 6mile walk everyday and stuck to calories (fully calculating everything that touched my lips). Any ladies 5.8- if so what is your goal weight?
I know everyone is different shape but just interested to find other people my height and see what their goals are and if their shape has changed with calorie counting. I’m 5.8 and weigh 78kg, pear shaped and am hoping to get down to 70kg.

Confused by calorie allowance..
Sorry if you have seen this type of question a lot. I am 5.8 and now weigh 170, in 9 weeks I have lost 12lb. I push myself to do 10,000 steps a day by going out for long walk in evening as I sit all day, and now am running 25min 3 x week. I am on 1370 calls a day and then eat my exercise given from running on those 3 days.…

5.8 female, calorie loss help
I am new to MFP and I have 8wks till my holiday. I do 10,000 steps a day, weigh 78kg and would like to lose a stone, when I input details it comes up 1200 a day although I worry this may be too little?
