My knees are bugging me after running on my elliptical...
I've been using my elliptical for about 18 months, but lately, my knees hurt the day after I run. I know people who use it for an hour, and it doesn't bug them. Not sure what I'm doing wrong... I run for 45 min, three to five times a week, just depending on my time. Usually just under 4 miles.

Feet burning when using elliptical....
So I tend to run on the ball of my foot. I have tried many different shoes to see if it might help. I am currently running in K-Swiss Mesoul. Still have the front half of my foot fall asleep, and then burn. Anyone have any thoughts?

Does anyone know.......
I have been doing this for around 50 days now. I have lost 11lbs, and that is great, but for the last two weeks the scale hasn't moved. I am sticking to my calories 1200, and working out. I have been on my elliptical every day. Why am I stuck?

What is better?
Should I bump up the resistance on my elliptical, or bump up my time on it?

I have been doing this about a month, but it would be so helpful to have people to talk to. My poor husband is tired of hearing how many calories are in his food! I am a Mom/ Foster Mom. I home school my 4 kids. I love Jesus. This site has been a turning point for me. By God's grace I can do this!
