I have pcos. I can't carry a baby to term anymore, and had endless periods. Sucked. Then I decided to lose the weight, no matter what. It is the first time in my life I have been able to lose weight with the knowledge of how to keep it off. You can do it! Congratulations on your new you! It will have it's moments, but this is do able:) I'm Laura. You can add me as a friend if you like. Godbless:)

So make yourself a big bowl of broccoli or brussel sprouts. Steam them up till they are nice and tender. Add some season salt. It will fill you up. I do this with almost every meal, Don't give up!

It is only 100 calories. Try exercising for your extra calories. Also, With every meal have a big portion of veggies. My fav is steamed broccoli. Two cups with your meal, and you will be so full and only adding about 60 calories. The trick is to chose the right foods to keep you full. If I eat right, It is hard to eat 1200…

OK, they are trying to sell their product, so I would look into it. I doubt your little cup is killing your diet. You could always go a week with out and see if it made a lick of difference. I'm not ready to give up my two cups a day yet. Good luck!
