Rice
Why does rice have to have so many darn calories?? Ha. I usually cook up the microwave Uncle Ben ones but the calories are so high. Any alternatives you use?

How often you weigh yourself?
I’m thinking about not weighing myself weekly and perhaps weigh monthly or whenever my clothes start to become noticeably looser. My curse is being disappointed if I don’t lose, even though I’m staying on my plan.

Preparing weekly protein ahead of time
Not groundbreaking but I like to cook up my protein (meats) for the week on the weekend. Today I used my BBQ grill and cooked up at least 5 days worth of chicken breast. This way, during week, I just reheat my 4-8 oz chicken and add to a salad or just make sides and I’m good to go. 🙂👍

Why is 100 pounds goal in 6 months unsafe?
Not sure why my post from yesterday was taken down. I wrote that it’s just a goal - if I get even close, I’ll be happy. I weigh 345 pounds as if two days ago. That’s a lot. Plus, I stated that I’ve lost this much before in about the same time period. I’m eating very healthy and safely and being monitored by my doctor.…

Elliptical or Treadmill Walking?
That elliptical is kicking my butt! Ha. Question: does 15 mins of elliptical equate to 30 mins on treadmill walking? I really enjoy walking but I REALLY sweat in elliptical.

Angel food cake banana split
Simple parfait angel food cake you find near the strawberries, 80 calories. Add low cal whip cream (don’t overdo it), 20 calories. Add a little banana and strawberries and blueberries (I don’t count fruit as calories). 😊. Delicious and simple. Bon-appetite.

100 pounds in 6 months starts today
Ok, here it goes...I’ve done this before and will do it again. And keep it off this time.
