Angel food cake banana split

Simple parfait angel food cake you find near the strawberries, 80 calories. Add low cal whip cream (don’t overdo it), 20 calories. Add a little banana and strawberries and blueberries (I don’t count fruit as calories). 😊. Delicious and simple. Bon-appetite.

    Your parfait idea sounds tasty.
    I consider a banana split to have a chocolate, vanilla and strawberry flavor. I've never had one with blueberry. Is that a thing somewhere?

    Why wouldn't you count fruit as calories? Berries tend to be lower calorie, but bananas are a bit higher. They certainly add up throughout the day. They also have fibre, if you watch your fibre intake at all.

    I know I should count fruit, especially bananas, but since I’m basically shooting for 1200 cals a day I figure my fruit cals probably take me to about 1600 cals a day at least. All Jedi mindtricks for me. 😀
