Heavy bag workout
does anyone know of a good heavy bag program that I can do in 20 to 30 minutes? I work construction and work a ton of hours. So I don't have alot of time for cardio workouts. Need it to be quick but intense.

Dieting and life stress
Just looking for any tips or tricks people have for maintaining your diet through stressful times in your lives. I've tried the cheat meal idea and that seems to derail me more then help. Its extremely hard for me to maintain my motivation while dealing with life stressors.

How to estimate calories burned working construction ?
So I want have some idea of how many calories im burning at work. I work about 9 hours a day doing construction mostly framing. My phone says I take on average about 20000 steps a day. But for one I don't know how accurate that is and two it doesn't account for any lifting or holding a 20 pound nail gun all day. Any guess…

What is a good target weight ?
in a year and a half, i went from 235 to about 195 now, I'm 26 and I'm 5' 11, Im not really sure what my goal should be, originally it was just to get under 200lbs. Now that I've done that it's clear that I still have weight too loose but I'm not sure what I should be shooting for as a healthy target weight.
