So I want have some idea of how many calories im burning at work. I work about 9 hours a day doing construction mostly framing. My phone says I take on average about 20000 steps a day. But for one I don't know how accurate that is and two it doesn't account for any lifting or holding a 20 pound nail gun all day. Any guess on how many calories in burning?

If this is your everyday job then it should be reflected in your activity level setting instead of logging it as exercise.3 -
I would set your activity level to very active5

Set your activity level to "very active", set your weight gain/loss/maintenance in your profile, eat the recommended number of calories (or close) for 4-6 weeks, then adjust based on actual weight results. If you are trying to lose weight, and get weak or fatigued before 4 weeks are up, eat a little more, enough so you get back to adequate energy/strength. Otherwise, stay the course.
Best wishes!1
