Trying somthing new

So ive had this app for a while but never really posted anything. I though mabye it would be worth a try. So I've fought my wieght my whole life, I am 6 feet tall and hit 240 lbs a few years ago, I worked really hard and got myself down to 190lbs but couldn't keep it off and I'm now back to 230lbs. I work construction and find that I dont have the energy after a long day to workout or say no to bad foods. So this is my attempt at getting back at it. I appreciate any advice. Feel free to add me as a friend, I'll take all the help I can get !
