Big Mac with Bacon?
I don't have many fast food burgers [3 or 4 times a year] but if I do it's a Big Mac.....the tv ads are full of the new Big Mac with bacon.... Has anybody tried the new Big Mac yet....if so what do you think of it? As it's a limited edition should I drive to my nearest McDonalds asap? Oh and how many calories is it?

Alcohol in Cooking
I have always understood that when an alcoholic beverage used in cooking is heated to boiling point the alcohol evaporates, therefore there is no need to count the calories for the alcohol content of the recipe. Is this correct? Do you count the calories for any alcohol put into dishes?
