My meal plan.
I’m new at having a meal plan. I’m to the point where it says to pick my lunch recipe and then record it. As of now, I’m eating either a salad or lean cuisine for lunch. Can I do the recipe but eat it for supper?

Sports concessions
Heaven help me! I’m going to our hockey kick off event tonight which will include “ A taste of the concourse. Sample the newest food that will be at the Tyson Events Center all season long”. I told myself I will treat myself to one thing. I hope my will power will hold out.

Lose weight- no notice
I’m disappointed. I thought I lost enough to see the difference but no one said anything when I drove 4 hours to see family I haven’t seen for awhile for the 4th. Now I’m trying really hard not to go in and eat from the deserts people brought. :(

10,000 steps or 1 hour?
I’m new at this and overweight. I started walking to lose wait. I have been working up to 10,000 steps. What I have been doing is subtracting 10,000 steps from whatever I did that day at work. Then I walk the remainder. Most of the time it’s around 2 miles. But, now I read a MyFitnessPal blog saying to exercise for 1 hour.…
